Your responsibilities

As a PD Administrator you will support learning-related processes and activities incl. participant identification, coordinating approvals, learning events logistics, eLearning coordination, trainings evaluation, data analysis and reporting and more.

Also, you will perform a range of administrative tasks, including learning system administration, attendance tracking, learning calendar management and database management, content administration. You will support internal colleagues in participation in Firm Learning, Practice Learning and Local Office Learning programs and develop and manage candidate pipelines for learning programs.

On top of that, you will collaborate closely with the Learning CoE colleagues sharing best practices, working on harmonizing processes and sharing tasks on a daily basis.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment

  • Strong verbal and written language skills in English

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Power Point

  • Strong organizational skills, with eye for detail

  • Teamwork orientation

  • Ability to work well under pressure
