The PD Administrators have their focus on supporting the professional development (PD), staffing and learning processes and activities. Person in this position will be in close contact with other support staff members and consultants.
The PD Administrator operates out of our Shared Services Center in Poznan following regular business hours. As a team member they demonstrate a collaborative style and the willingness to help others. Perfect candidate will share knowledge as well as best practices and shoulder additional responsibilities at times of higher workload.
You will support the professional development-related processes and activities, assist with Professional Development/HR team’s data analysis and reporting needs (e.g., utilization) and perform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, clerical support, and database management.
On top of that, you will be main point of contact for the office/cell you will support, working closely with PD Manager on reviews process coordination: administer the planning, organization, managing communication, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, collecting documents, raising awareness around reviews process among Evaluees, Evaluators, Assistants, serving as SME (Subject Matter Expert) on reviews processes.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field
Preferably 1-2 years administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
Good verbal and written language skills in English
Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications
