Your responsibilities
Organization and logistics surrounding Consulting Staff review cycles,
Managing the Upward Feedback cycle for senior consulting staff,
Ensuring the smooth execution of Professional Development and Upward Feedback cycles,
Key point of contact for Human Capital Professional Development including case start up and end process and professional development review tracking,
Establishing the team brand as a "centre of excellence" for the business,
Working on continuous improvement work,
Designing, developing, implementing a data driven approach to the regular reporting of Reviews and Upward Feedback key metrics/ KPIs,
Working to work on initiatives, supporting the change agenda within the supported office,
Attending regular team calls/meetings.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
At least 2 years of HR or Administration experience,
Fluent English at C1 level,
Proficient in using Excel,
Excellent communication and listening skills,
Problem solving skills,
Attention to details,
Process oriented, organizational skills and fast learner.

Professional Development Specialist is expected to perform autonomously and needs to have a very high level of expertise in professional development areas of EMEA HR Operations. Professional Development Specialist should be flexible, open and have experience of working in a demanding environment. Professional Development Specialist will be assigned to work closely with one of the Bain Offices in EMEA for long term. Also, in case of any changes, may be assigned to different offices, even couple offices at once if need be and capacity allows, for mid- to long-term support.
