Profitable Revenue Growth Head

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Price management (by: driving positive profitability and additional profits by changing price points for shopper on the shelf and developing price architecture for the entire portfolio- based on the analyzes of the category and the NAB’s market, 
  • Promotions effectiveness management (by: managing promo ROI and FT in a consistent and rigorous manner to bring additional profit by managing mechanics, SKU mix, client mix, competitors), 
  • Portfolio management (link it to the shopper needs, occasions in the channels etc.), 
  • Trade terms management (by f.ex. helping to design a Pay for performance trade terms program, monitoring effectiveness and provide the improvement recommendation, leading trade terms strategic negotiations planning and implementation process),
  • Setting the necessary processes, KPIs to improve the positive SKU, customer and channel mix impacts & to achieve PRGM excellence,
  • Setting & implementation of tools that fulfill business needs, 
  • Managing & development of Revenue Management Team.

You will be perfect in this role if you have:

  • Min. 10 years of professional experience in variety of business functions, incl. Sales and Marketing/ Finance/ Category Management in FMCG company,
  • Experience in long term business planning, management of BI, SFE and strategic thinking, 
  • Proven track record of driving strategic and operational change, delivering improved business and P&L performance,
  • Deep knowledge of revenue management principles, commercial strategies, Route to Market, 
  • Excellent shopper & customer understanding, 
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and project management, 
  • Mindset of a team player, strong influencing skills in a matrix organization, 
  • Excellent analytical skills (analyze retail trends and insights) 
  • Openness to change and “hands on” attitude, 
  • Ability to work under pressure and in multi-tasking environment to balance priorities,
  • Fluent English- is a must.
