Your responsibilities
Negotiate the prices and conditions in cooperation with the commodity buyer
Answer to the product manager for the RFQ from the customers, if needed
Be involved in the project, kick of meeting, projects reviews
Compile CS' customer RFQ information to create suppliers' RFQs (with eng, cost est., sales support)
Manage the RFQ to the suppliers in compliance with the strategy and the approved supplier panel
Send RFQ to Customer Directed Sources
Answer Supplier RFQ Questions regarding Program Information
Negotiate the main conditions, costs (parts, protos, tools), quality, lead time
Compile Supplier RFQ Information and Provide to Cost Estimating
Receipt of New Program Award from Sales
Component Risk Assessment
Supplier Pre-Award Meeting and Follow-up
Prepare the presentation to the sourcing committee
Record the documents (RFQ, contracts and so on,) in the appropriate applications (EnterProj, Sharepoint)
Manage the follow up of the projects with the suppliers
Create and up date the project dash boards
Request to the logistic, the orders for prototypes, tools, Off tools components, preserial …
Manage the technical evolutions of the components, new design and so on
Manage the switch from project to mass production (PSW)
Manage the local IATF audit or customer audits or SOX audit for the program purchasing activities
Apply the purchasing procedures and the evolution of the procedures
Our requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering , Plastics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in the field of procurement in manufacturing company
3 years experience including 2 years in contact with suppliers
Experience with projects management
Negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Knowledge of the Juridical bases of Commercial activities
Fluent in English, additional European languages are valued
