Description

PMO Services is the dedicated team of project management officers that implement best practice delivery and control processes on Credit Suisse's programs, provide expertise and are modeling processes for efficient project management. Deployed from the Shared Services Finance, Operations and IT Division the team mobilise, run and empower program leadership with transparent management information for fact-based decision making.

 

Credit Suisse seeks a candidate with a background in project management or project management office delivery to support a portfolio of strategic and regulatory programs. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to set-up and drive forward new structure, as to develop personal skills by working with global clients on large programmes.

 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Program Communications - maintain the Program Portal and schedule Program communications meetings.
  • Deliverable Management - formally track delivery of the Program's key work products, develop the standards.
  • Risk and Issue Management - work with Program team to ensure.
  • Programme Risks and Issues are being managed and maintained.
  • Program Administration - run Program on and off-boarding process, Maintain Program office environment, etc.
  • Program Reporting - collating packs for Program Status, Board and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Ad hoc support - provide support for Planning, Change Control and Financial Management processes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience of working in project management, project management office, business change initiatives.
  • Very strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication.
  • Client focused, well organized, positive attitude and keen to learn.
  • Ability to work with the documentation, perform tasks independently.
  • Proficient attention to details.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Power Point).
