Your responsibilities
Ensuring various programs designed to support business development opportunities are delivered in line with requirements.
Establishing program and project budgets and planning that align with the business development opportunities.
Securing the necessary resources from within the business, wider group or externally that will deliver the project against the defined performance indicators
Monitoring performance of the programs/projects against plans
Communicating progress to stakeholders
Our requirements
3 or more years’ experience in a program or project management role
PMI, Prince2, or similar certification
Broad technical knowledge with the ability to quickly attain process and product knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in written and verbal Polish and English language
Aerospace industry experience preferred
Motivated to persistently pursue and achieve results
Ability to engage, challenge and work effectively with others
Willingness to travel internationally as required
