  • Support Swiss Universal Bank unit and respective Business Area in program and project portfolio management related processes and tasks.
  • Cooperate with Portfolio, Program and Project Managers to ensure high quality and timely Status Reporting.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for the company’s portfolio management tool – OnePPM.
  • Closely collaborate with Business Managers, Project and Program Managers based in Zurich and support them in daily activities and queries.
  • Prepare content driven presentations for the Portfolio and Project Board/Review Meetings.
  • Conduct trainings for Program and Project Managers and elaborate training material.
  • Support the team and Business Managers in quality assurance activities in OnePPM.

You Offer
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in PMO, project or program portfolio management.
  • You hold a degree-level education from a leading institution.
  • You possess fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have a solid knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills.
  • Your previous experience in the banking or finance industry will be an asset.
  • Your previous experience in working with OnePPM and/or other project portfolio management tools will be a plus.
  • You are committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice.
  • You are a good team player with an ability to think and act independently.
  • You are a self-starter, open for new challenges.
