Your responsibilities
End-2-end workflow management of efforts within supported low to mid-complexity projects
Work progress monitoring against project schedule to ensure timely deliverable
Workload coordination of a virtual team of 10 people located across different regions
Contact international external vendors for job requests
Cost tracking for budgets up to USD 100k
Additional projects involvement as per company needs
Our requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a multinational environment
Good command of English allowing effective written and verbal communication with external and internal stakeholders
Attention to detail and task prioritization skills
Work organization skills
MS Excel knowledge allows processing and performing basic data analysis (pivot table, vlookup, etc.)
Digital literacy skills
Proactive attitude and team member player

What can you expect?
Project Administration Junior Specialist is a Mercer Global Career Delivery team member working closely with Project Managers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to help senior colleagues deliver internal projects with a direct impact on the value of Mercer products and client satisfaction. You will contribute to the successful execution of cross-company projects and global products launch. This includes resource allocation and task coordination across all regions where your stakeholders and internal clients are based. You may be also asked to take active participation in other projects related to product development, content management, or client feedback management.
