Project and Spare Parts Planning Manager
Oława, Wrocław

We are looking for Project and Spare Parts Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain Center structures.
This function has a mission to deliver an outstanding service level on Spares and Consumables availability to the Electrolux customers and end consumers, achieving the aggressive inventory targets (focusing on stock turnover rate). 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, Develop the European Spare Parts Planning Team.
  • Establishing proper Project scope to support Objectives and Development plans. 
  • Achieve and exceed the aggressive targets of Availability (OFR), Back Orders lines level, Inventory (stock turnover rate, obsolescence). 
  • Establish processes and proper communication paths across Stakeholders: Purchasing, S&S Spares Portfolio Development Team, Warehouses, Sales&Services, CCS organizations, in order to deliver the highest service level. 
  • Propose and Implement best practice processes and Initiatives for the spare parts planning operations. 
  • Be the Spare Parts Planning ERP system and programs/ tools key user. 
  • Propose and Implement project to support the Spare Parts Planning and Distribution Strategy. 
  • Propose the optimal Stocks levels and Strategy to reach KPIs and targets. 
  • Present high level communication skills and as well ensure the reliable and right information to the involved Stakeholders.
  • Analyse reports on sales (incl. appliance exchange rate), expenses, stock and operational costs to ensure that profitability and delivery objectives are met. 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or Engineering Degree.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in spares, components or materials planning.
  • Experience in people management or strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in and with crosses functional, multinational and multicultural teams. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PPT (Access will be an asset).
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • High negotiation capabilities.
  • Eager for challenges, driving for results.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
