Your responsibilities
Project Associate (PA) role is responsible for delivering small, non-complex projects, or workpackages as part of a larger more complex project or programme under the governance of a Project/Programme Manager. They are responsible for ensuring that the defined products are delivered to the agreed standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
The Project Associate defines the workpackage or project requirements, and manages the agreement process of project requirements and objectives. The PA delivers the workpackage or project in partnership with the customer and Project Team to ensure delivery, Acceptance into Service and closedown.
Operationally, the PA provides and enables:
Project Reporting
Management of Project Finances
Project Planning
Project Quality
Management of Project Resourcing
Management of Project Risks and Issues
Management of Project Change
Our requirements
Experience in:
leading internal projects
planning and execution and timely delivery of project deliverables
managing project constraints like scope, time and quality
Project Management professional knowledge will be an advantage (Prince2, PMP, Agile, etc)
Good Proficiency in Verbal and Written English including Technical Vocabulary
Ability to work under time pressure
Self-driven and independent
Strong organizational skills
