Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us as Project Business Analyst working on projects as well as the management and oversight of the Asset Servicing project portfolio. As part of an international team (Switzerland, Luxemburg, Ireland) you will be responsible for the solution design and delivery against committed plans as well as the alignment of solutions across the project portfolio. Your responsibility would be also helping to prepare presentations, reports and workshop materials for management, steering committees and project boards.

Our requirements

  • A university degree or equivalent education

  • 2-5 years of proven experience, ideally, a first experience in consulting, with experience in preparing and running workshops, proven banking experience is a bonus. PMO experience is highly regarded, especially project tracking and reporting

  • Versatile self-starter and fast learner, able to quickly digest new information and learn new topics. Keen attention to detail

  • Able to think conceptually and then propose pragmatic solutions to challenges

  • High energy, flexibility and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude

  • Comfortable in working with ambiguity and working to reduce this

  • Resilient, able to manage own time effectively, reprioritize correctly and deliver reliably in a deadline oriented environment. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure

  • Able to form a support network and collaborate to get things done

  • Experienced in using MS-Office tools, especially Power Point and Excel

  • Outstanding communication skills. Fluency in English required, German is an advantage
