Project Claims Manager – Kierownik ds. Roszczeń – projekt obiektu przemysłowego

Place of work: Nysa

Responsibilities:

 

The duties of the Project Claims Manager (working on Investor side) cover, but are not limited to:

  • Be very conversant with all contracts in place;
  • Investigate, quantify and settle all new claims and administer all data;
  • Develop a dispute mechanism to resolve claims fast in collaboration with the Employer;
  • Contract administration, follow up on contractual issues and contractual letters to General Contractor;
  • Perform regular meetings with General Contractor concerning contractual issues for pro-active approach to sensible avoidance;
  • Considerate approach for early settlement on issues/claim between parties that are raised;
  • Liaison with General Contractor’s team concerning contractual issues (risk, mitigation, decision making);
  • Support and advise the Contract Manager with contractual issues and proactively inform of potential claims disputes with contract.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent Polish and English (verbal and written);
  • Readiness to work on B2B contract.
