Your responsibilities
Coordinating regular project reviews. Monitoring and actively optimizing ongoing project cost control status, cash flow, revenues, profit, gross margin.
Helping to identify opportunities and risks, monitoring mitigation actions to ensure timely implementation.
Providing financial support to the project team, whilst having the opportunity to review and improve current procedures and reporting requirements.
Managing and overseeing currency risk, preparing hedging for projects, monitoring payment collection and FX impact on project financial result on monthly basis.
Participating in monthly closing, reviewing projects settlement correctness.
Preparing reports on estimated financial KPI’s of the projects, with comparison to the budget and latest estimation.
Providing support on claim management, back-charges and insurance cases.
Supporting Sales Manager on bidding proposal, ensuring that tender calculation is done correctly.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or controlling or accounting.
Minimum of three (3) years of finance and controlling experience (experience of project controlling or production unit in comparable industry is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications and SAP (PS/PP/MM).
A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
English at communicative level is a must.
Willingness for regular business trips to factory in Aleksandrów Łódzki (2 days per week).

As a Project Controller, you will cooperate with Project Managers during project execution, driving actively the project’s performance, as well as with Sales Manager, supporting on financial aspects in project tender stage.
Reporting to the Local Business Controller, you will provide input on the financial aspects of project execution plans and help to prepare project forecast and financial accounting and reporting.
