Your responsibilities
Project execution planning
Updating staff rotation plans, vacation, and off-periods
Cars and recourses allocation.
Finding accommodation for the projects
Collecting project information
Supporting in arranging the travel for the employees
Booking training for resources
Handling of NCRs / accident reports and other documents
Supporting site personnel in daily activities, also during preparation phase
Supporting Management with excel calculations and presentations
Coordinating project schedules and project meetings, in the preparation phase
Resource planning of internal staff and allocation
Checking time registrations with actual used hours and contractual agreements
Reviewing of invoices before getting issued to customers
Updating project specific budgets
Communicate with internal stakeholders (legal, purchasing, quality, operations)
This is a full time position
Some traveling can be expected up to - 30 days per year
Our requirements
Experienced with web-based reporting system
Very strong in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) is the key objective
Good knowledge of payroll
EU labour law would be an advantage
Structured and effective skills
Resource planning experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area or at least five plus years of experience in the wind business field or in a related area
Experience in creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation, and presentations
English, professional working proficiency is a must
Independent working capabilities
