Your responsibilities

  • Establish and support project governance structure and maintain documentation (prepares, controls versions and posts project documents)

  • Schedule project meetings and other logistics and administer project communication channels (SharePoint/project site, deliverable deadline reminders and distribution)

  • Manage project plans and reporting throughout the project lifecycle ensuring all accurately reflect the status of the project and individual work-streams

  • Ensure project sign-off and project reviews are undertaken

  • Support management of timings, financial aspects, quality and scope of the project and risk, ensuring all project costs are identified and controlled

  • Administer project risks and issues. Ensure Lessons Learned on projects are shared and help to improve processes and procedures (Escalate if needed issues to Project and Programme Managers and Sponsor)

Our requirements

  • Higher education to degree level or equivalent

  • 4+ years of a professional experience in a multinational environment

  • 2+ years’ experience in the area of project management/coordination – is a must

  • An excellent command of English

  • An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organisation, are essential for this role

  • The ability to manage heavy workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritising effectively

  • Strong attention to detail, with special focus on written work is essential for this role


  • PRINCE2, PMP project management and experience of Lean methodology

  • Experience in creating business presentations
