Your responsibilities
Support of Project Manager`s duties
Coordinating and organizing: trainings, travels, accommodation etc.
Administrative coordination
Supporting in optimizing budgets, minimization of additional costs, negotiating small contracts
Monitoring of effect and efficiency and continuous reporting to Project Manager
Working with internal documents: agreements and contracts, certificates, work permissions etc.
Contact with external companies and clients
Our requirements
Higher education (Master) or studying Master
Available for 40 hours work week
English at advanced level (writing & speaking); Additional foreign language will be an advantage
Ability to communicate on all levels
Open and dedicated team player
Developed communication and analytical skills
Advanced troubleshooting and organizing skills
Willingness to travel and ability to work in different places and countries (approx. 20 days per year)
