Create processes and associated documents / templates
Schedule team meetings to discuss about product issues and ideas.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Previous working experience as a Project Coordinator for min. 3 year(s)
Previous experience as a product owner will be an advantage
Knowledge of webinar and video conferencing solution market will be a huge plus
Sharp technical mind
Attention to details
Dynamic in making decisions
Experienced in excel
Familiar with Gantt Chart
Ideally experience with SaaS startup products
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence the direction and thinking of senior stakeholders
