Your responsibilities
Creation of overview/calendar of all related marketing touchpoints executions
Management of creative project idea for national campaigns as well as for specific channel/customer activations
Supporting development of asset creation and adaptations, including translation of key visual and BTL campaign baseline and communication into local languages
Reviewing, finalizing agency proposal, as well as providing support and feedback on it
Operational/project support on execution of creative development processes (e.g. coordinate with agencies, facilitate internal stakeholder alignment, etc.)
Monitoring progress and manage day-to-day project operations with agencies (including plan management and execution)
Management of warehouses inbound/outbound/stock levels
Delivering assets to BU/Cluster
Employer requirements
Excellent project management and organizational alignment skills
Experience in working with creative and production agencies would be an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken in English and Dutch
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
Self-starter – ability to manage new processes
Strong attention to details
Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
