    Project Coordinator with German
    Warsaw

     

    Responsibilities:

    • cooperating with project teams and subcontractors to ensure the progress and quality of work being performed;
    • effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to English speaking project stakeholders;
    • keeping the Project Manager informed about project status and issues that may impact relations with customers;
    • assisting the Project Manager in planning and monitoring projects in order to meet deadlines, quality and budget requirements;
    • creating project documentation;
    • communicating ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.

     

    Requirements:

    • 1 year of professional experience;
    • fluent German and very goog  English (is a must);
    • university degree (preferably Management, Economics, Linguistics, or related);
    • working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
    • excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
    • very good organizational skills;
    • ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment;
    • demonstrated multi-tasking and organizational skills;
    • proven flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
