About the project
As a PDI TEAM LEAD you will manage an international team of IT people, supervise and help them with daily tasks. You will work on internal projects within GFT Group, such as integration projects, cloud developments, SDLC (Software Development LifeCycle) tools maintenance as well as on cooperation with vendors.
You will also be responsible for managing and tracking the team’s budget.
Your responsibilities
Managing an international team of size 6 to 7 members (training, mentoring, performance assessment)
Responsible to deliver reliable integrations between different components of the landscape, applying proper integration patterns and making use of integration tools.
Managing and tracking of the department´s budget
Managing external providers and consultants
Strong involvement in internal projects (integration of new companies, integration of new cloud based services, etc.)
Managing and maintaining the corporate collaboration tools Jira & Confluence, and the relationship to the vendor
Managing and maintaining the corporate SDLC tools offering (GitLab, Nexus,..)
Our requirements
Experience in leading a team
Clear evidence of leadership, team building & resource management
Very good knowledge and experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns
Experience in the design and implementation of interfaces to support data integrations (ETL, real-time, near-real time) and distributed transactions
Experience in integration tools. Specific knowledge in Talend Cloud API Services Platform would be an asset
Open minded for new Integration platforms, which could be used as complement or alternative to support integration strategy
Fluency in English (C1)
