For our Client - a newly established real estate fund with a strategy to develop logistics and PRS portfolio - we are seeking for a experienced professional for a position of Project Development Manager. Successful candidate will oversee external partners in terms of development and construction activities.
Your responsibilities
Supervise development and construction phase of investment delivered by external partners
Monitor project budgets, timelines and quality
Review of construction / development programmes
Review of contractor's tenders and proposals
Engaging with site construction teams to understand progress / key risks
Producing monthly reports for each project to advise on construction progress and the identification of potential delays / risks
Participate in the project completion / sign off process to ensure all snags / defects etc are recorded and all handover documentation is received
Review of Construction contracts to identify and schedule out all key contract terms / particulars
Establish and manage an early warning system for each project
Oversee cooperation with technical consultants
Employer requirements
Master's Degree in Construction / Architecture or relevant
At least 10 years of experience within development / construction area (preferably logistics and residential market)
Strong technical knowledge of all aspect of the development and construction process
Ability to work with budgets and business contracts
Fluency in English
Strong organisational and negotiations skills
Highly developed communication skills
