Your responsibilities

  • Creating projects’ engineering documentation (support, ILS, logistics, quality, commissioning)

  • Writing technical, operation and maintenance manuals for pumps and pumping systems

  • Working with technical specifications and customer contractual requirements

  • Contacting suppliers and customers to obtain relevant information

  • Support in creation and development of DESMI standard documentation and standards

  • Creating technical drawings for documentation purposes

Our requirements

  • Being fluent in English (both written and verbal)

  • Having experience in preparing contractual engineering documentation, such as technical manuals,spare parts, ILS, Illustrated Parts Catalogue, maintenance schedules, test reports, certification data-books etc.., and similar

  • Possessing excellent computer skills (MS Office package, Adobe Acrobat)

  • Holding an Engineering Degree

  • Being a strong team player

  • Being able to communicate freely with other teammates, suppliers and customers

  • Have a natural passion to find the creative and optimal solution

  • Preferred qualifications (will be considered as a plus):

  • Practical knowledge of FME(C)A, MTA, TNA, ARM, S1000D,

  • Knowledge of standards such as DNV-GL, Lloyds, ABS, NORSOK, Mil-Std, Def-Stan etc.

  • ATEX, foreign HSE regulations

  • Experience as a Project Engineer or relevant positions

  • Basic knowledge of CAD software

  • Knowledge of ERP and QPM systems (such as INFOR)

  • Agile methodologies (KANBAN/Scrum/JIRA software)

  • Working with many projects simultaneously
