Your responsibilities
The function is responsible for planning; overseeing and leading the ITERGO GmbH “Vulnerability Management as a Service” (VMaaS) project from setup through completion. The Project is related to the rollout of an international service capability, which is based on commercial off-the-shelf security products.
This is a senior role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. An ideal candidate should have several years of Project Management experience with focus on large-scale product deployments. Experience within the Cyber Security field would be an ad-vantage.
You're responsible for the specification and coordination of requirements and deliverables in the area of information security, IT security and data protection
Leading project planning sessions, you will coordinate and the Vulnerability Management as a Service (VMaaS) Roll-Out
Your tasks also include planning and controlling the budget as well as regular project reporting
In addition, you'll coordinate external service providers, organize and lead regular project meetings, and take over the project administration
You'll assist with the preparation of presentations for management and with administrative tasks such as purchase orders, contract workflows and the processing of invoices
Acting as an interface to different stakeholders sounds fun to you
Coordinating project members and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff (reporting)
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Our requirements
You've studied Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar and, in addition to a certification in project management, have at least 5-6 years of experience in the core functions of information security (architecture, monitoring, assurance)
Additionally, you were able to acquire in-depth technical knowledge of security-related technologies as well as an understanding of compliance requirements
Ideally, you will have an IT security certification (e.g. CISM, CISA CRISC, etc.) and leadership experience
In addition to your outstanding communication skills, your strengths include your high level of intercultural competence and your decision-making skills
Fluent English skills complete your profile (German language would be a benefit)
