    The Project Leader supervises a team of 3-4 associates and analysts on the Company consulting product cases for Private Equity Companies. The team produces client-ready research and analysis, generates strong business insights and understands implications with significant direction from a Team Manager.

    Our Client is one of the top international management consultancy firms that established the SSC structures to play a critical role in supporting Company's case teams globally. The Project Leader plays a key role in driving the team's overall answer and final materials. Currently we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing a team which supports consultants dedicated to Private Equity sector.

    Location: Mokotów


    • Team management responsibility which involves allocating and reviewing work to all the team members and conducting performance discussions, writing reviews for appraisal
    • Manage projects consistently and independently
    • Coach junior colleagues on how to use tools most effectively
    • Private Equity due diligence analysis - support case teams in putting together an investment thesis for a proposed deal through various repeatable products
    • Market & Competitor Research - assess market growth opportunity and competitor profiling/benchmarking across various parameters (e.g. financial, product offerings, etc) using primary and secondary sources
    • Survey Analytics - analyze customer survey results by building flexible and comprehensive Microsoft Excel models
    • Online and Social Media Scraping - assess brand engagement across social media platforms and website by analyzing customer sentiment and traffic
    • Target Screening - identify attractive targets from a long list of potential companies using various company databases
    • Provide solid business judgment


    • Advanced Excel and Power Point is a must
    • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (at least C1 level)
    • Excellent knowledge of German or French is a must (at least C1 level)
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
    • Leadership experience will be a nice asset
    • Ability to clearly explain results of work and share knowledge with other team members
    • Excellent analytic, communication and team player skills with ability to multiple task
