Your responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive strategic tech projects aimed at improving the workplace experience for employees using the latest in digital servicing technologies, content management solutions and customer experience tools and platforms

Liaise with corporate partners (i.e. Tech, HR, Comms) and functional groups (RE, Amenity Services, Corp Insurance etc) to gather business requirements for digital delivery of customer experience initiatives

Continually assess the needs of customers, emerging market trends and competitive opportunities in defining our digital product strategy as it relates to customer experience

Measure and provide key performance metrics related to critical CSS projects to senior management and focus on optimizing both product and processes to improve ROI, timely delivery of tasks and enhance customer satisfaction scores

Demonstrate client focus and work as a trusted client partner and advocate to ensure that employees see CSS as strong strategic business partner that brings value to their internal functional objectives

Partner with JPMC legal, risk, controls and finance teams as it related to Regulatory and Compliance projects not limited to IR35, EBA regulations and other matters requiring attention (MRAs)

Maintain compliance with all regional and local policy and procedural guidelines

Ad-hoc projects for Head of EMEA CSS

Priorities:

Work with functional partners and other stakeholders to understand their requirements

Manage internal enquiries related to CSS functions and Customer Experience projects and escalate appropriately

Ability to manage own workload and report on progress in a pro-active and timely manner

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in customer experience or digital strategy related role preferred

Strong project management skills especially partnering with tech teams on strategic initiatives

Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative manner on execution

Strong capability to analyze opportunities and problems and recommend solutions

Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint paramount

The org works proactively with line of business colleagues for Sourcing and Procurement and Third Party Oversight under GSS, provides RE & Amenity Services, Global Security and Corporate Insurance amongst other services.

This CSS Associate role requires a professional with excellent analytical and data gathering skills along with prior experience in dealing with cross functional groups and program managing critical initiatives. They should be able to liaise with stakeholders at various levels, present data and status updates in a succinct manner and manage complex projects with contribution from other groups. They should be able to program manage various initiatives ranging from Compliance/ Regulatory, Tech, Customer Experience and Digital Delivery in nature, hold contributors accountable for meeting their deadlines, course correct projects that overrun (both costs and time) and escalate to senior management when required.
