Your responsibilities

  • In DSV Group Project Management Office (PMO), you will be a part of a group of 70+ highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to provide high quality service and manage projects for the DSV organisation, supporting top management in executing global strategies.

  • Development and daily leadership of a team of Project Managers in Poland, including project assignment, feedback, training and all other HR related tasks according to the Group PMO values.

  • Manage employees one-to-one as well as recruit and onboard new employees

  • Plan the work of PMs to ensure their allocation to projects and/or other tasks

  • Follow up on KPIs and planned deliveries (quality, time, cost)

  • Attend Group PMO Management meetings

  • Prepare and deliver the reports to senior management

  • Facilitating high-quality end delivery of global and /or regional projects, which may cover business development, process optimisation, re-organisations, process deployments, IT-systems and infrastructure

  • Complex, proactive and solution-driven professional stakeholder management

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of proven PMO experience in projects / programme management – from a global PMO or consultancy

  • Strong leadership, management, decision-making, and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen to and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in leading PMO unit would be an asset

  • Prince2, SAFe, MoP, PMP training or certification is an advantage

  • Have excellent written and verbal corporate English language skills (English is the corporate language)

  • Willingness to travel abroad for several times a year
