Your responsibilities
This is an outstanding opportunity to join us and work with a globally located team of Portfolio leads, PMs or PMOs to:
* Provide expertize in OnePPM tool and iAnalyze downloads,pivot tables, manipulate data in Excel and prepare reports or charts
* Prepare custom reports to meet Service owner needs, financial or resource questions
* Track High Level Business case (HLBC) data and consolidate project financials, understand different cost types
* Understand and trouble shoot gaps between data flows between portfolio, procurement and financial systems
* Perform Variance analysis between planned and actuals cost, spend risk analysis and deep analysis of finance data
* Understand Project Management methodologies, CS PM standards, CS-SDF and PM process adherence, quality
* Ensure the Programs follow correct and latest Change request process or Outcome Based Funding process
* Manage a portfolio deliverable calendar for Planning and Delivery tracking and governance
* Track that project status reports are submitted on time and collect summary reports
* Liaise with GCIO Portfolio and PMO leads supporting HDS, and as needed with various CtB process and tools experts

Our requirements
Financial acumen, solid understanding of project financials, business-case calculations, project cost, capital, operational expense variance compared to present TCO and benefit tracking
Prior online resource planning or portfolio planning system knowledge
Excellent planning and analytical skills – tasks management and financial management
High degree of proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to multi task, work remotely in a fast paced, demanding environment, staying a strong team-player
Prior experience of win-win solutions with a can-do attitude
Prior experience in Portfolio or Project management or PMO functions
Prior experience in IT department, understanding of various IT roles, e.g. architect, engineer, developer and support
