Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the project Change Control process ensuring all change is effectively and appropriately governed throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Supporting resource supply and demand profile maintenance and reporting

  • Ensuring timely production and distribution of Project management information

  • Maintaining administration processes that ensure accurate record keeping and compliance across teams

  • Supporting project Risk Management through conducting RAID log reviews

  • Supporting project Quality Management, through the assurance of management information and conducting project health checks, as directed

  • Engaging with our culture of learning from experience through identifying areas for

  • improvement and supporting the review of project lessons learned, undertaking mitigating actions as necessary

  • Ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication, building effective stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective management of communications across the Portfolio and with clients

  • Providing governance secretariat, producing accurate meeting outputs to expected SLAs

  • Providing dedicated project and programme support as required

  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of staff

  • Taking ownership for the completion of tasks assigned in the team mailbox

Our requirements

  • Excellent English - C1 level (mandatory)

  • Experience in PMO, Project and/or Operations Management

  • Microsoft Office 365 skills

  • Document and Information Management

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Communication Management

  • Ability to organise and prioritise work with minimal supervision

  • Good analysis and critical thinking skills

  • Experience of virtual team working


  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification would be an asset

  • A Level or equivalent in Project Management, IT or Business discipline would be an asset
