Our Client, Tier 1 Global Investment Bank is currently looking for:

Project Management Officer
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Nr ref.: PMO/WAW/05/2021/KP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Portfolio PMO team preparing monthly status reports
  • Act as first point of contact for Portfolio PMO Team for delivery related queries
  • Assist with monthly financial management cycle, including creating financial reports for Program Managers, financial slides for various senior forums
  • Management of all key delivery related information
  • Assist with governance related tasks, including preparation of decks and minutes for senior meetings (e.g. Steering Committees)
  • Own platform where delivery related information is stored (e.g. SharePoint, shared drives)
  • Provide assistance with ad-hoc requests where necessary

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Soft skills - communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, proactivity, ability to multitask, strong teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize and take ownership of tasks, with strong time management skills
  • Prior PMO experience (3+ years) in a change function within a financial institution/professional services
