Your responsibilities

  • consult and support project managers in the successful delivery of their projects, maintain project management documents, tools, processes and templates in alignment with our SIX standards

  • plan, lead, monitor and control of delivery objects, risks, milestones, lessons learned and KPI’s, also plan, support and coordinate project meetings, workshops, project controlling and financial reporting

  • support the project manager with meeting minutes and reports as needed, maintain and actively drive the stakeholder management and the communication plan of the projects in alignment with the project manager

  • contribute to best practice and continuous improvements of our project management standards

Our requirements

  • university degree (bachelor or master) with at least 3 years of experience in PMO or project management

  • highly motivated person with a high level of responsibility and reliability, analytical and conceptual minded with a high client-focus and an eye for detail,good communication and presentation skills, very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • project management certification (Prince2, PMI or equivalent) as well as knowledge of different project delivery methods like waterfall, agile, SAFe, hybrid and project management is considered an asset

  • knowledge of PM/PPM tools like Planisware, Jira or Confluence is an asset

  • very good verbal and written skills in English. German is a plus.
