Your responsibilities

  • Drives end-to-end execution of all projects portfolio (as well as those strategic ones)

  • Fosters relevant key stakeholders with reporting across various decision-making forums

  • Leads and tracks portfolio health on an ongoing basis

  • As portfolio gatekeeper facilitates and influences wide transparency of project portfolio

  • Liaises with the Managing Director CEE and Heads of Commercial Activation (Commercial Groups) to determine strategic projects portfolio across CEE and Poland (as lead market)

  • Leads key and complex programs or projects in Poland

  • Poland’s Project Portfolio development, prioritization of projects within portfolio, and weekly status updates (Project Control Boards – Monday Curie Meetings)

  • Trains, leads, and coaches Business Project Leads that run cross-functional initiatives on best practice project management methodologies and processes e.g. Scrum roll-out

  • Adopts governance processes in line with Avon International PMO NoE frameworks to ensure governance rigour, ease of adoption and consistency; actively participates in the Network of Excellence forum, being a decision-maker & contributor to the global PMO network

Our requirements

  • Min 5 years of experience in project management, as well as in running strategic/ transformative projects

  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) as well as knowledge of different project delivery methods is considered as an asset

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects across various functional & geographical spheres

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence the decision-making processes

  • Proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and openness to work in the fast-paced and complex work environment

  • Exceptional communication skills, and presentation skills

  • Conflict and resolution management

  • Fluent English is a must
