Your responsibilities

An exciting opportunity for you to join the motivated Asset Servicing COO team in the unique and highly challenging Investment Fund Services business. You will act as a project manager for smaller projects as well as contributing as subject matter expert in large scale projects. As part of an international team (Switzerland, Luxemburg, Ireland, Poland) you will be responsible for delivery against committed plans as well as the alignment of solutions across the project portfolio. Your responsibility would be also helping to prepare presentations, reports and workshop materials for management, steering committees, and project boards.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in Project/Change Management (minimum 2 years)

  • Experience within Investment Fund Industry with a focus on Funds and Management Company

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management with proficiency in English

  • Self-motivation, is team-oriented and has hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change

  • Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, in particular)
