Project Management Officer

Your responsibilities

An exciting opportunity for you to join the motivated Asset Servicing COO team in the unique and highly challenging Investment Fund Services business. You will act as a project manager for smaller projects as well as contributing as subject matter expert in large scale projects. As part of an international team (Switzerland, Luxemburg, Ireland, Poland) you will be responsible for delivery against committed plans as well as the alignment of solutions across the project portfolio. Your responsibility would be also helping to prepare presentations, reports and workshop materials for management, steering committees, and project boards.

Currently, Asset Servicing in Poland includes a diverse group of motivated people. Sector comprises over 90 specialists divided into several teams (e.g. Fund Accounting, Risk Management, COO, Info Management, Financial and Legal Reporting). You will collaborate closely with Luxembourgish colleagues on a daily basis in order to ensure common goals and deliveries are achieved.
