Your responsibilities
Participate in enhancing our IT Project Management Capability, shaping the project model for maximum effectiveness
Collaborate within the project portfolio management network, championing best practices and ensuring seamless project management workflows
Empower project managers through expert guidance on the project model and management tool
Contribute in developing agile and hybrid ways of working
Our requirements
Master of Science or equivalent education or experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; preferably within project management.
Experience from introducing a project methodology in an organization is a merit, as well as introducing agile ways-of-working.
Thrives in transformation journeys, having successfully driven new project management practices within organizations
Self-driven, structured, and determined to achieve outstanding results
Exceptional documentation and presentation skills
Fluent in English
Stellar interpersonal and networking abilities, fostering collaboration and building strong professional relationships

As the PM Service Lead, you will support the GIS organization across all project management domains.
