Your responsibilities
Project management with regards to profitability, On time delivery and technical solutions.
Technical clarification of order documents within the internal team and with the customer.
Management of clients changes and its communication towards the client.
Monitoring and evaluation of deadlines.
Communication across the project team and bringing the positive team spirit.
Taking part in business trips (occasionally).
Our requirements
University degree of electrical or mechanical engineering with experience in the field of electrical or university degree in Project Management.
Experience in project management is a plus not a must.
Fluent in English – daily communication with customers, international internal team.
Very proactive and open-minded mindset.
Eager to learn new things.
Mindset to find the solution to any problem.
Customer orientation.
Good organizational, planning and communication skills.
Active personality.

We are looking for a Project Manager to build-up and lead a projects in the newly created Virtual Factory for LV Switchgear structure which combines of the Bielsko-Biała, Poland and Brno, Czech Republic, factories. Reporting to the Project Management Team Manager you will ensure that projects within the area of responsibility are developed and executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost&profitability targets and scheduling targets.
