Full responsibility for thruster delivery contracts from contract signing to warranty expiry, including: upgrades, spare thrusters, refit, retrofit projects, service.
Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and Extended Thrusters Coverage (ETC) contracts handling.
Fixed Price services projects handling together with customers and regions.
Projects execution in accordance with contractual obligations, project budget and schedules.
Establish a clear communication line and develop customer relationship.
Establish a continuous improvement culture by identifying critical success factors and managing risk to achieve project goals.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, business management or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in service projects (preferably field service).
Formal project management qualification is an added advantage.
Ability to work with multi-cultural team and handle multiple projects.
Fluent spoken and written English, as well as fluent negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate in a clear, precise and structured way.
Strong ability to develop relationship with customers.
Willingness to travel.
Willing to act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
Ability to use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.
Aiming to build a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilize it to achieve set goals.
Willing to co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and provide support to others in the pursuit of the team goals.

We are currently looking for a high-performing Project Manager for Propulsion. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for entire project delivery lifecycle from contract signing to warranty expiry, including upgrade, spare thrusters and refit & retrofit projects. The role will be based in Kongsberg Maritime - Product Service Center, Gdynia in a cross functional cooperation with Aftermarket Projects department.
