Your responsibilities

Role Overview

Project Manager for Operational & Compliance Risks and Controls as a member of Payment Services CRO is responsible for the following:

RCSA / ECRA Program support:

• Identifying the appropriate operational, compliance and policy requirements for each process and support in documenting key controls to mitigate all applicable risks

• Support in completing a robust line by line gap assessment of regulations per plan and monitoring emerging risks to identify potential updates for process level risk assessments

• Engage with Second Line of Defence to respond to credible challenge for completed impact assessments

• Control Self Assessment (CSA) for Processes not on plan for full certification

• Reviewing and maintaining documentation in Archer with the intent of ensuring it is current & accurate by analyzing data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort or non-compliance with the applicable policies and procedures. Creating comprehensive audit trails/work papers and assessing and documenting appropriate review conclusions

• Maintain familiarity with company risk management policies and procedures

Project Manager:

• Manage multiple projects across several teams with autonomy and effectively manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish

• Change Management

• Controls Self Assessment (CSA) for existing ECRA and RCSA controls and Credible Challenge for new controls to meet annual plan

• Control Management and Creation (CMaC) for all Elavon Business Line change requests

• Support BLQA findings to address control and procedures gaps

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in an applicable risk management environment or QA environment.

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding European Financial Services related laws and regulations

  • Effective task management, strong fact-based communication skills, strong presentation skills, problem solving and analytical ability.

  • Ability to cooperate with all levels of management to multi-task in an ever-changing environment and to adjust quickly to shifting priorities

  • Ability to work independently and part of a virtual team in a self-directed manner and highly motivated to tackle challenging problems.

  • Fluent English
