Your responsibilities

  • Prioritise and schedule all work activities for the successful delivery of contracted EET, HCS and site closure activities in a timely and cost-effective manner within budget and in line with Flomatik and client best practice standards.

  • Responsible for all project deliverables within a given portfolio.

  • Continuously develop, review and improve project team performance and methods utilising agreed targets, KPIs and lessons learned.

  • Manage project resource requirements including scheduling of Field Engineering activities.

  • Ensure appropriate site documentation and information is available to Field Engineering team as a part of the Work Package.

  • Responsible for the financial performance of assigned projects including the tracking of change, resource cost, inventory and any other expenditure that could potentially impact the financial performance of a project.

  • Maintain up to date reporting for customer and management to review and action RAID reporting to industry best practice. Ensure issues, queries and disputes are managed and resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Attend and lead regular calls and meetings with both internal teams and clients

Our requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in a Telecoms / Service Delivery / Project Management environment.

  • Technical understanding of network transmission design and build including DWDM, fibre optics, SDH.

  • Good understanding of project financial management, project and KPI reporting.

  • Proven track record of delivery and a proactive approach to managing projects.

  • Experience leading a matrix team.

  • Polish speaker with fluent English.

  • Security clearance.


  • Professional Project Management accreditation or formal project management Training (Prince2/APMP/PMI).

  • Knowledge of Infinera and Ciena hardware is useful.

The Project Manager is an integral part of the Delivery team within Flomatik Professional Services Business Unit, reporting to the Snr Project Manager. They will work closely with the client and internal Design, Provisioning and Field Engineering teams to ensure transmission work orders are delivered to time, cost and quality in line with Flomatik best practice standards and agreed governance.

The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining an accurate delivery plan producing relevant reports and records and liaising with the client throughout the project life cycle. The Project Manager ensures that risk issues and dependencies are managed and escalated as required and that a clear picture of their project portfolio is maintained for both internal management information and client reporting.

They will be integral in developing strong customer relationships and providing support during both the Planning and Implementation phases of Service Delivery.

The role holder will be required to undergo security clearance.
