About the project
You will join our project department with highly skilled colleagues. We have to be sure that you have willingness to relocate and work in Frankfurt, Germany. You will play an important part of the team.
Manage the activity in one datacentre in Frankfurt where we are going to install gensets in plantroom (10 x 3.5 MVA high voltage).
Coordinate the communication with the different actors and stakeholders (customer, GC, installers, vendor, OPS…)
Manage the projects trackers and if needs prepare presentations of the different tasks and activities
Coordinate activity and/or communication on other sites in Frankfurt, as per needs
You have a technical background ( electrics )and solid management skills
You are both a strong leader and a skilled engineer
As a manager, you like to lead by example, focusing on facts and objectives.
Preferably you have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferrable on power generation)
You have relevant management experience
You are good in negotiation
You are outgoing and open and feel comfortable working across cultures
You speak and write English fluently
other European language will be additional advantage
You are a team player with excellent communication skills
You are mobile and willing to relocate for more than 9 months to Germany
A good leadership attitude and managerial capabilities
Problem solving capability
You have to have a valid drive license for Germany
You have to have the necessary work permits for Germany
