Your responsibilities
Now we are looking for a Project Manager to lead our automation solutions delivery projects. As a Project Manager you will have a key role to work close to customers, develop relationships and to ensure that our products meet customer expectations. You will take full responsibility of delivering projects and your main tasks include: preparation of project plans, managing contract, project profitability, project schedule management, internal and external reporting, risk management, as well as managing relationships with customers and subcontractors.
You will be part of Project Managers Team serving European customers and your office will be in Gliwice or Wrocław.
Our requirements
Master’s Degree in Automation / Electrical / Energy Engineering
strong knowledge of processes and customers in energy, process technology or marine industry
at least 3 years' experience in management of projects in international environment
excellent project management and negotiation skills
people management experience
very good understanding of HSE regulations
good knowhow of project economics and contracts T&Cs
customer service mind set
ability and willingness to travel
we expect you to have fluency in Polish and English both written and spoken. German and/or other languages are a valuable advantage.
