Your responsibilities
- You will be a part of Manufacturing Technology Project Team within local Manufacturing Technology department in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
- The Manufacturing Technology Project Team executes complex projects focused on developing, automatization and optimalization of production processes. This entails designing the manufacturing process, ordering process equipment, supervising equipment suppliers and ultimately starting up the production.
- Leveraging your experience, you will continuously focus on progress to ensure fast time to market. Designing and setting up manufacturing processes within the supply chain and always striving for high quality delivery, you earn our customers loyalty. Working with colleagues across multiple functions and locations is key to success in this role.
Our requirements
- Experience in executing, leading, and implementing Capex projects in a highly agile and global environment.
- An appropriate technical degree in mechanical engineering.
- An appropriate technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or other relevant technical field (B.Sc., M.Sc. or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in project management methodology (Agile, Prince2) would be an asset.
- A proven track record in process technology, design for manufacturing and automation.
- Experience in IATF 16949 and Industry 4.0.
- Strong communication skills at all organization levels in a multicultural environment. Excellent fluency in English.
- As a person, you are robust, innovative and have a strong will to succeed. Furthermore, you are a good team player who can interact and communicate well with people at all levels. You take initiative, and get the job done.
