Project Manager – Heavy Industry
Professional and personal development
As a Project Manager in CREADIS, you will have a varied work life with a strong professional content. Your work will be focused on product development for our wide customer base across many industries (mainly heavy branch), and you will perform many varied tasks from smaller to larger projects, for shorter or longer periods. You will get close customer contact and you will be independently responsible for appointments and project implementations. Your work will be done individually or in teams, always with sparring from your colleagues in CREADIS.
Project based solutions and development
You have a theoretical degree as an engineer combined with at least 3-years of experience with Project Management in development and delivery projects. Your experience in heavy industry especially: cement, mine, foundry, power or Oil&Gas is a plus. We expect you to be able to take on several roles within the project work. You will coordinate project team performance, cooperate with sub-suppliers and you will be responsible for on time delivery of project scope in agreed budget. In addition, we expect that you have experience with and knowledge within the following disciplines:
- Customer contact throughout project lifetime, from negotiation phase until delivery and closure
- Project planning according to agreed scope
- Risk management and overcoming challenges
- Assessment and result reporting directly to decision board
- Creating and verification of project documentation
- Effective cooperation with technical, financial and legal department
- Managing resources of project team
- Summarize and report customer feedback
- Certification in one of common PM frameworks (Prince 2, IPMA, PMI, etc.)
- Practical experience in PM software (MS Project, Jira etc.)
- Practical experience with ERP software (Maconomy, SAP etc.)
