Project Manager in Private Capital

Your responsibilities

• Determine resource needs: plan, delegate and monitor project tasks execution to ensure agreed quality of deliverables, control project financials;

• Engage and ensure delivery from multiple teams in a variety of jurisdictions and to a variety of senior stakeholders;

• Create required project management documentation including but not limited to project charter, project plan, risk and issue log, resource/budget management plan, communications plan, actions/decisions log, UAT plan;

• Independently analyze project issues and recommend solutions;

• Organize and lead meetings with Steering Committee, project team members, business stakeholders, external vendors and service providers;

• Provide project stakeholders with regular or on demand reporting on project status, progress of project tasks and open risk & issues;

• Action for Continuous Enhancement, IT tests & Digital Transformation initiatives coordination as needed as part of a project;

• Support in Process Maps creation (knowledge of Microsoft Visio will be an advantage);

• Close coordination with management team during migration of new processes including Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analysis;

• Support creation of operating model, operational procedures and execution of SLAs for newly migrated processes;
