Twój zakres obowiązków
M365 workload experience
deploying as a PM, or a deployment background
Working directly with customers - guidance, planning discussions
Understanding how to unblock a customer from utilizing M365
Walking them through the expectations of the delivery effort or through a Wizard guidance (set up) discussion
Project Management understanding, from managing your own customer load, prioritizing, and working through the delivery of M365 needs with a customer
Wymagania pracodawcy
Background in Microsoft 365 including over 5 years as a Project/Program Manager
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of common issues a Systems Administrator would have in a Microsoft environment
Experience working as a PM, Deployment Manager, Systems Administrator or Support in a Microsoft 365 environment, helping to resolve issues, migrate new workloads (Products) into a network or enterprise system
Knowledge on how the infrastructure works together and how to find resolution
Other Microsoft products and technologies a plus
Fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English and German
Knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish will be an additional asset
