Your responsibilities
Ability to work in fast-paced development environment with optimistic trade-offs between quality of work and timeline
Experience working as project manager with in depth knowledge of all phases of the Change Framework
Experienced at gathering requirements and ability to analyse with good and varied experience of analysis artefacts (e.g. process flows, proof-of-concept)
Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills including the abilities to convert the business requirement into technical specification and streamline the process using sound design
Understanding of working under Agile methodology, preferably using JIRA/Confluence
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams that are geographically distributed
Ability to quickly adapt to team’s culture, standards and best practices
Contribute to the establishment of best-in-class standards and practices, seeking continuous improvement in the applications and tools used.
Collaborate with local and global counterparts in Compliance, NFR Risk and WPB Risk to ensure all tasks are completely accurately and in a timely manner.
Set a positive example with regard to work ethic, collaborative attitude, and innovative thinking.
Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand.
Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which jobholder is involved.

Our requirements
Job experience working for a Financial Services / Banking sector, or relevant degree in Business Administration / Finance
Demonstrated experience with managing projects (participant as an analyst, or leading role)
Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and industry standard tools is an advantage (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/SAfE, JIRA, Clarity)
Experience managing or participating in projects directly related to regulatory compliance (US or UK/EU) is an advantage
C1 or better command of the English Language
Ability to hold project stakeholders accountable for their deliverables and track execution progress

Working hours are 14:00-22:00pm CET, for which a shift allowance is payable. Poland bank holidays are observed.
Relocation to Krakow is not required or supported, but the ability to appear in person at least once a month in HSBC offices at Krakow Kapelanka during working hours is a requirement.
