Play a leading role in defining project scope and deliverables which support business goals, in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders and business analysts across multiple locations.
Build out project team and conduct project kick-off including defining roles and responsibilities and governance setup including RAID management.
Facilitate milestone and feature breakdown, develop and actively maintain project plans and where appropriate contribute to an over-arching program plan.
Play a leading role in the forecasting of required resources, continually assessing the need for additional resource throughout the project life-cycle.
Proactively identify, assess and manage risks, issues and conflicts ensuring any required escalations are timely and informed.

Proven background in delivering multiple large, complex projects to specification, on time and within budget through the full project life-cycle.
Experienced in leading global project and development teams spanning business areas, geographies, and time zones
Delivering business value in an Agile development environment
Financial services experience desirable and well as strong experience using JIRA and confluence
Planning and organizing a project from initiation to go live
Able to motivate project team members to collaborate to deliver
The ability to apply the appropriate level of controls, standards, working practices, and methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
Articulate. Excellent communication - verbal, written and presentation skills.

• You will direct and manage project development from start-up to go live, constantly maintaining the project plan and prioritize work to support delivery schedule and attend Sprint meetings including daily stand-ups where required.
• You will track project dependencies, and engage with dependent teams which will often be in different locations and time zones (e.g. IT teams, compliance, legal, HR, finance, marketing, UX, operations).
