Your responsibilities
- Plan, organize and execute projects and workshops in manufacturing, quality and supply chain to support the development of the new erected factory in Koszalin
- Prepare cost estimations and savings of the expected results of designed projects
- Prepares and carries out approved recommendations to include tool design and alterations, material specifications, dimensions, methods, and routing information etc.
- Monitor project progression, resolve any issues (anticipate potential risks, identify and establish corrective actions)
- Perform site-specific and GEA network projects
- Analyze and design of processes, as well as identification and addressing of potentials
- Lead national and international project groups
- Report project specific KPI to secure economic benefits
- The Project Engineer reports to the Head of Process Improvement Department and leads the projects technically
Our requirements
- University, Master degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain, Lean, Business Administration (Preferably technical degree)
- Minimun 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Sound knowledge of engineering, production and supply chain
- Experience in LEAN management consulting and in project management desirable
- Experience in conflict management and strong interpersonal skills
- Structured approach to work, ability to analyze and high level of initiative
- Strong problem solving and communication skills and also an independent working style
- Strong Team player and experience in working with international teams
- Fluent in Polish, English (additionally German language skills)
