Your responsibilities
Project management, from acquisition, through the entire project life cycle (planning, execution, monitoring and control), to closure
Managing a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget and quality
Planning and comprehensive project budget management
Communicating and reporting of project progress to customer and internally
Identifying and resolving issues within the project team, risk management
Developing best practices and tools for project execution
Ensuring compliance of the projects with Mahle standards
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management in automotive industry
Higher education (preferred technical)
Fluency in English, German would be a plus
Knowledge of Project Management methods, techniques, tools (formal qualification in Project Management will be an advantage)
Ability to make decisions, initiate actions, committed and self-dependent working-style
Team player with engineering leadership experience, high communication, coordination and analytical skills
Readiness for business trips
