About the project
For our team based in Warsaw and remotely, we are looking for a Project Manager focusing mainly on project implementation and team management. We are open for candidates with different expertise levels (Strong Mid/Senior), who want to further develop their skills and experience in this role.
Your responsibilities
Managing all aspects of projects delivery: budget, scope, time, project implementation and its entire life cycle
Monitoring of key project parameters
Supporting the team at every stage of project delivery, motivating and guiding the project team, setting goals for the personal development, delegating responsibilities and setting priorities
Communication and maintaining direct relationships with the customers
Risk identification, assessment, and management in implemented projects and solving emerging problems, informing the client on an ongoing basis about significant changes
Being ready with the best solutions, in case of unpredictable situations
Understanding the business side of the project, technological aspect of the project (tools, architecture), creating a project plan and roadmap
Preparation, presentation, and reporting of the project status
Our requirements
Experience in IT project management and team management
Ability to define directions of systems development and search for effective solutions
Good self-organisation skills
Proactive approach and can-do attitude
Have proven experience and understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Hands on experience with risk and change management
Have strong communication skills and the ability to implement proactive customer service
Experience in consulting and building relations with clients
Technical background is preferable
Very good command of English (min. C1)
Optional
Knowledge of issues related to Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence is nice to have
