An outstanding opportunity to join us in this senior role that combines project management skills and technical abilities. The focus is on providing monthly reporting and analysis for Custody Services globally and leading projects that improve the business and support Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the Custody Services business, it’s drivers, risks and challenges.
  • Ensure smooth monthly report run: Global Volume, Incidents, Capacity dashboard data etc.
  • Prepare the Monthly Business Review packs for several regions and facilitate the meetings
  • Responsible for analysis, quality checks and managing ad- hoc data requests of the reporting
  • Improve technical skills and manage Tableau data uploads based on Alteryx and Data lake access
  • Develop new solutions for reporting
  • SharePoint sites development, customization, and maintenance
  • Lead and manage various projects relating to Custody Services area
  • Responsible for the liaison with EMEA, AMER, APAC and Swiss onshore teams and other departments to ensure smooth run of projects in line with requirements and client expertise
  • Manage process enhancements – improving the current reporting structure with use of new technologies
  • Interact with Senior Managers and Directors globally.

You offer

The candidate should have interest in projects as well as we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in finance/accounting/banking or projects related role
  • Results oriented individual who demonstrates cause-effect thinking
  • Excellent attention to details, problem solving skills and quick decision making
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English. Ability to manage work effectively under pressure
  • Technical abilities in MS Office with focus on Excel is essential
  • Basic knowledge of VBA, Python or other programming language would also be an advantage
  • Alteryx and/or Tableau data blending and preparation experience would be an asset
  • Proven experience in evaluating risk likelihood and impact; considering all risk factors to balance risk, service and cost when communicating risk implications and contingency plans
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
